Stuffed chicken breast

This is really good and easy to make!!

You can prepared the chicken breast several ways. First put it between a piece of plastic wrap and beat it with a wooden meat tenderizer.  It makes the nicest looking chicken breast. The second and easiest way to do it is to take a sharp knife and cut it down the middle most of the way so it opens like a book.

What can I stuff it with? That's easy! What do you like? We have put rosemary in it, Ham and Swiss cheese, Just Swiss cheese, mushrooms, onions, peppers, pineapple and  asparagus. Then season it with salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder.

Finally wrap it with bacon and Throw it in the oven.

You will love it!!! Serve it with mashed potatoes and salad.
