Barbecued sweet corn is a favorite way to cook and eat it. Buy some farm fresh sweet corn if you can. Carefully peel the husks back but not off the cob. Pull off all the hair like silk and close the husks back over the cob. Next soak them for a few minutes in waster and throw them on the grill. Cook them until the husk starts to burn away. Peel the husks off one and give it a try. If it is done pull the rest off the grill. If its not cook them a little longer. Some times you have to eat 3 or 4 before you can be sure they are done. :)
You are going to need to cook several dozen. They are really good cold too!!
