Corn chowder

One of my favorite kinds of soup is corn chowder. My dad and mom made it for me when I was a kid.

8 potatoes
1 onion
1 lb of bacon
1 can of cream corn
1 can of evaporated milk
salt
onion powder
pepper
1 cube of chicken bouillon

First I fry the bacon and drain the fat. I add the onions and potatoes and let them cook for a while. then I add enough water to cover the potatoes. Add the bouillon and let  it boil. when the potatoes are soft add the can of corn and the can of milk. Add salt, pepper and onion powder to taste. Get out some crackers and enjoy.
