Mustard pork chops or pork steaks***it is really good****

This has always been a family favorite. When I was a kid I remember my mom putting mustard on pork chops then dipping them in flour and frying them. I don't think I have ever done that, but I bet it would be good!! I season them up real good with salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder. Then I give them a real good dose of mustard and throw it on the grill. Most of the mustard comes off in the grill, but it gives it a really yummy taste. My wife always wants me to put more on hers. She likes it!!
