Chile rellenos are one of my favorite kinds of Mexican food. Its really not that hard to make, or maybe I do it wrong, but they taste good!!
Start with peeled green chilies. Stuff them with cheese, meat or what ever you like. I usually just do cheese. Scramble a few eggs in a bowl. Dip the chilies in the eggs then have a bowl with flour. next dip them in flour and then in eggs again. Thin deep fry them in very hot oil. Give it a try, its not very hard.
