Fish Tacos

We love fish tacos!! Use what ever kind of fish you have. We buy tempura batter at the store, but you don't have to. We chop up cabbage, grate cheese, make pico de gullo. My wife makes a dip with sour cream, cilantro and lime. Its real yummy! Warm some corn tortillas in the micro wave by covering them in a damp paper towel or damp towel. 


2 pounds fish fillets
1 box tempura
corn tortillas
cabbage
cheese
sour cream
cilantro
limes
