Shish kabobs

Shish kabobs are my wife's favorite!! They are good and really easy to make.

You have to start the day before, Cut the meat into cubes. My wise has been known to ask the butcher at the local store to do cut it for her. If I cook chicken, I marinade it in Italian salad dressing. Doing it the day before gives it time to let the flavor penetrate. Beef is good with just salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder. Its also good marinaded in teriyaki sauce. You can also use Italian dressing too.

We like pineapple, onions, mushrooms, peppers and tomatoes.

Get yourself some bamboo squires.  Put what you like on it and throw it on the BBQ.

I like it with potato salad, baked beans and barbecued corn. Give it a try.
