Baked Jalapeno and Bacon Poppers

I like and have made them baked and fried, we can talk about fried later, but this is how to bake them.


Cut a jalapeno length ways removing all the seeds and veins. Next I mix cream cheese and cheddar cheese together and stuff it inside the pepper. The last step is to wrap or just put a small slice of bacon on top and bake it. I like it to cook until the pepper gets soft. They are soooooo good!! I have made them quite a few times and only once were they so hot it was hard to eat them. I still ate a bunch of them but it was painful!!
