Fried Jalapeno Poppers

This is the way I do it. I slice the peppers long ways. Remove all the seeds and veins. Stuff them with cheddar and cream cheese. Dip it in eggs and then in bread crumbs or I have done it in cracker crumbs too. Me and my grandpa use to go to a local store in Safford AZ after 6 PM. That is when they marked the poppers down to half price. They had cheddar and cream cheese poppers and we would buy both. It was a special treat. That is why I mix the two together. Because I like them both.
