Poor boy chile rellenos

I know, I know it isn't how you make chile rellenos, but it tasted good to me. I opened a can of green chile enchilada sauce. I put 2 eggs in a bowl, and added a lot of the enchilada sauce. I whipped it all together added some salt and pepper, and put it on the griddle. Next and most important, pepper jack cheese. I made an omelet. it tasted just like chile rellenos. It taster really good!!
