I like to hunt and my kids and I love to eat the meet. My favorite way to cook and eat it is. I slice the meat into thin slices, maybe a half inch thick. I put salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder on it. I put flour in a bowl and flour the meat. I put some oil in in the bottom of a large frying pan and let it heat up. Next I quickly fry the steaks on both sides not fully cooking it. Then I add water and put the lid on the pan and let it cook for 20 to 30 minutes. When it is done the meat will be nice and tender and you will have really yummy gravy you can eat on mashed potatoes or biscuits. I use this same method to cook chicken, turkey, doves, quail and just about everything else.
