Brazilian chicken and rice

They eat rice and beans in Brazil every day. Often they make some kind of meat in tomato sauce. I make this with chicken or hamburger. Start with two chicken breasts. Cut them up in small cubes. Chop up some onions and cook them with the chicken. When they are done put a can of chicken broth and a can of crushed tomatoes in the pot. Season it with 2 spoons of the garlic salt seasoning listed in another post, and a little cilantro. Serve it on top of rice and enjoy. This is another easy one to make so give it a try.
